B’nai Brith Canada, through its Institute for International Affairs and League for Human Rights, convened the Third International Symposium on Hate on the Internet in Toronto on September 11-12, 2006. This conference brought together participants from the law enforcement, governmental, legal/legislative, industry, educational and community sectors to work towards global, multi-disciplinary solutions to the problem of web-based hate and extremism.

The purpose of this site is to provide an online resource that will continue the work that the conference started, and to facilitate ongoing communication between the participants and all interested parties.
